Comments:
I affirm that this is a valid report of a problem condition I have observed first hand. I have checked my inputs and they are accurate.   

Data is stored in a SQL database, providing flexible sorting, filtering, and reporting capabilities and straightforward portablility to other hosting systems. Information collection and basic reporting are functional. Several reports have been received and verified.
